Hold Your Own Event

Planning a benefit event helps us save animals! When you decide to hold an event that benefits Circle L Ranch, we provide any marketing materials you need as well as ideas on theme parties, standards-based lesson plans for school events, and many other perks that will assist you with a great party! Sign up for our newsletter, check back here as this page is often updated, and learn how you can help all kinds of animals!

Theme Parties:

  1. Earth Day Party: This is an important day for our planet – have you figured out how you can make the world a better place? We can help! Check back for activities you can do on Earth Day!
  2. Spay Day: Why not host a party to educate others on the benefits of spaying and neutering your pets? Doing so helps decrease overpopulation of pets, can decrease your pet’s chances of getting cancer and can help them live long, healthy lives. Contact us for more information on hosting a Spay Day event.
  3. Halloween Party: Dress up as your favorite animal and encourage others to do the same. We’ll host the pictures on our website and get the buzz going for you.
  4. Holiday Dinner: Why not host a holiday party that benefits your best friends? Encourage friends and family to bring their favorite pet product as an admission and enjoy the evening chatting about your favorite pets.
  5. Easter Egg hunt (using plastic, recyclable easter eggs of course!)

Events:

  1. Walkathon: If walking is your thing, host a dog walk or people walk. We’ll provide you with sponsorship forms and you’ll enjoy your day!
  2. Benefit Concert: Are you a talented musician? Why not host a benefit concert! Come up with an inspiring name for the event and collect an entry fee on behalf of Circle L Rescue Ranch!
  3. Theatre: If acting is your thing, maybe a play is in order. We can provide the evites and assist you with marketing your event.
  4. Garage Sale: Have a bunch of stuff lying around? Clear out your garage and hold a garage sale with the proceeds benefiting Circle L!

People, Places and Things:

  1. Birthday Party: You probably have everything you could want already, so why not help out a dog, cat or horse in need? Ask family and friends to donate gifts that can be given to animals and feel a little better about getting older!
  2. School Party: Why not ask your teacher if your class can sponsor a pet? You may just get a party out of it! We will even provide the educational piece of the puzzle so that your teacher is still meeting her goals for the year. Ask students to bring a bag or can of dog or cat food, a leash or collar, or a safe fun toy for pets the day of the party.
