Volunteer Needs
TransportWe are in immediate need of transport assistance as many of our foster parents do not have access to a vehicle or are unable to transport. These volunteers will move animals from the foster home, the ranches or the shelter to and from adoption events, veterinarians, and more.
Adoption Assistance
We need volunteers to help us handle the animals, walk them through the stores and meet with potential adopters. Please check with the Phoenix Canine Rescue Manager (Kelly Perry: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) for more information.
Administrative
We are in need of someone to place information into our new program, PetPoint. You would take the information we have in hard copy and place into the virtual program. This can be done from home and requires a working knowledge of computers.
Videographers
We would like to begin profiling our animals on YouTube as well as our website. We are in need of videographers who can come out to the ranch and video tape one or more of our animals, then edit the footage into a short 1-2 minute clip.
Photographers
We are always in need of high quality pictures of our ranches, facilities and most especially, our many animals. These are used on the website as well as in our print media.
Daily Care
We have a need for people to assist with the animals already in place on the ranches. We will be moving people up on “Training Levels”. When you reach Alpha level, you can begin working closely with the animals by walking them, handling playtime, and working on socialization within a pack.
Foster Guardians
This for experienced animal care specialists and those who have been active in rescue for a while. We will be screening applicants for these volunteer positions and training will be required.
Education
If you have a way with words and want to be involved with our upcoming educational programs, please let us know. You and the animals will be attending schools, classrooms, retirement centers and more to educate children and adults on the benefits of humane education.
Facility maintenance
We are in desperate need of assistance with repairs to ranch homes, kennels, building of animal shelters, fencing construction and repairs, and more. Please contact us to learn how you can help.
Volunteer Coordinators and Mentors
We are in need of a volunteer coordinator who can track and maintain a database on our current and future volunteers.
View our file “Volunteer Opportunities” at http://www.circlel.org to submit your request for a position.
Volunteer Training
We do not currently have any volunteer training sessions scheduled. Please check back with us or subscribe to our newsletter to learn of new opportunities as they occur.
